Flagship Project: XQE
XQE is our cutting-edge, AI-powered quantitative trading model. By combining state-of-the-art algorithmic models with robust, battle-tested quantitative strategies, XQE executes high-probability automated trades to deliver sustainable asset growth. As XQE enters an aggressive market expansion phase, we are seeking a dynamic marketing powerhouse to lead its growth, brand positioning, and user acquisition from the ground up.
02 // Core_Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
Formulate and drive the comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) and user growth strategies for the XQE quantitative bot, scaling user acquisition from 0 to 1 and beyond.
Product Positioning & Copywriting
Translate complex quantitative trading models, backtesting metrics, and financial performance data into clear, persuasive, and highly engaging marketing content, whitepapers, and promotional campaigns.
Community & Private Domain Operations
Build, scale, and nurture highly engaged investor communities across key channels (e.g., Telegram, Discord, WeChat ecosystems), maintaining community health, trust, and referral loops.
KOL & Affiliate Marketing
Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with influencers (KOLs), financial bloggers, crypto communities, and strategic affiliates to expand XQE's market reach.
Data-Driven Campaigns
Plan and execute creative online campaigns, such as trading competitions, live webinars, and interactive investment showcases. Track and optimize key metrics including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
03 // Key_Requirements
Industry Background
2 to 5 years of proven marketing or growth experience within the FinTech, Web3/Crypto, Forex, or traditional financial services sectors.
Domain Competence
A strong foundational understanding of quantitative trading, automated bots, and essential financial concepts (e.g., ROI, maximum drawdown, Sharpe ratio). You must be comfortable analyzing and talking about trading performance.
Storytelling Excellence
Exceptional copywriting skills with a proven ability to distill high-tech financial products into highly compelling, conversion-focused narratives for retail and high-net-worth investors alike.
Language Proficiency
Native or professional-grade fluency in English. Exceptional bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) are highly advantageous to effectively engage both local Australian and broader Asia-Pacific/global markets.
Mindset
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and thriving in agile, fast-paced startup environments. A strong passion for financial innovation and wealth growth is crucial.
